My memory does not remember if it was that night or the next, but I got into my bed to go to sleep and then these three etheric spirits showed up floating in the upper left-hand side of my room.  Back then I was very fearful of many things, so I commanded “if you are not of the light, you must leave now!” – they then disappeared (but I feel they did not leave – just didn’t want to cause me any fear).

Then maybe it was the next night or later that week – I was lying down in my bed to go to sleep and low and behold this small floating golden orb entered my room and went into my heart center – I had no idea what the reason was for this and was more amazed of the experience than frightened.

Maybe it was a week later I started having Kundalini experiences and at the time, I did not know what Kundalini was.  This energy came over me where I felt like I had to lie down on the bed and then had all these electrical currents running up from feet to my head.  I was frightened as I did not know what this was all about, but intuitively I got it was for my highest good. It was a very intense experience as I could feel my body drying up and felt like I could just explode into a million pieces, but it had a blissful feeling to it.  These happened a number of times and I later found out it was burning up old negative emotions, experiences, beliefs to raise me to a higher frequency of light.

Not sure when I put two and two together, but I later realized they were my star family from another Universe and came to help me to awaken out of the physical illusion we all live in every day.

One of the ways I figured all of this out, was that I remembered when I was around 3 1/2 sleeping in a room with my two sisters when this etheric green woman showed up next to my bed.  I thought she had placed a leaf on my forehead back then as a child, but realized now she came in to turn off my third eye as she knew that I was going to go through a very traumatic experience and it was not necessary for me to remember this as a child.

That next morning I was adamant telling my mom, dad and sisters – they all thought I was just making it up or that it was just a dream. As many of us as children have had visitations from Angels, Star Beings and loved ones who have crossed over, the adults tend to make us believe it is pure nonsense.

A healing psychic a few years ago in Port Townsend, WA was facilitating a healing for me when they came in to help raise me to a higher frequency of light. She saw that they were green and where I come from and said that we are all individual energetic beings, but connected as one – radiating pure love.

So, maybe about a year ago during winter, I was feeling a little down as my car was not doing so well and when I came out in the morning the cold temperatures and dew made the top of my hood look like a galaxy of stars with one frozen leaf perfectly placed in the center – it brighten me up right away and felt blessed in that moment.

Just a few days before this happened I had placed a photo of this little child sleeping in bed with the cosmos above them on my facebook page.  Then, I had an impromptu healing from this woman who came into the shop I was working at and said she was being guided to do some healing on me. I said “yes” and during this process I felt all of this old energy of fear and sadness start coming up where I was crying in the middle of the shop. I had thought all of the childhood trauma had been released and healed, but sometimes a part of us doesn’t want to let it go.

Almost two weeks ago I had one of the most powerful experiences of a download of higher cosmic light pouring into my physical body.  A very good friend was visiting me in Mount Shasta and felt guided to take her to a very special place on the mountain.  Earlier that morning, I met a woman who said she was getting that I needed to go up on the mountain, which confirmed what I was feeling.

So we hiked off the main road in about a foot of snow and my friend was expressing concern if she would be able to handle the hike or not.  I let her know it was not a long distance hike, but wanted to honor what she felt as I could go to this place at anytime.  Afterwards, she admitted to me that she was going to tell me she couldn’t go any further . . which we would of missed out on such a powerful experience.  Just goes to show that if we give up, we may miss out beautiful, empowering experiences that we could have.

As we approached the outer area of this powerful portal, I asked and prayed for us to be granted permission to enter, which we received the welcome to come forth.  I have been at this portal about five times over the past year and have experienced energy taking me deeply into my heart.

So the rock that I usually sit on was covered in snow, but felt inclined to climb up there anyway, knowing that I would be safe.  My friend stayed down below and as I was standing up on the rock with the sun shining on my face, I closed my eyes and focused on the breath.   I immediately started to feel energy entering the top and bottom of the body.  The mind was attempting to distract me by worrying if my friend was okay as I could hear her fidgeting and me standing on a round boulder covered in slippery snow.  I just kept concentrating on my breath and was able to let go of all worry.

The energy of light kept getting stronger and stronger with vibrations of it coming in from the sides of my body too.  Breathing was getting slower and it felt like I was going into a Kundalini state – sounds of bliss and ecstasy were coming out through my voice and at first was a little conscientious of this, but really let that concern go fast.

As I was being engulfed in this down pouring of cosmic light, I saw rays of green and golden light coming into me.  Tears of bliss and joy were running down my face and the mind/ego let go and had no thoughts – pure silence and such a depth of love I experienced.

I am not sure how long I was experiencing this and then came back to the present moment and slowly climbed down the rocks.  Words cannot express the depth of what I was feeling, except that I got down on the snow on my hands and knees and profusely expressed my gratitude for the gifts I had just received.  I felt so different than my human personality, more like my True Creator Self – this is a state of consciousness that I have been focusing on manifesting for a long time now.

There are many portals of light on the mountain and in other places on the earth, they help one to receive huge amounts of higher cosmic light to help one to raise one’s consciousness and completely surrender to the Divine True Essence of who we all really are.

Over the past several years, I have also come to realize that some trees act as portals of pure consciousness from dimensions starting from the 5th through the 8th.  They have helped me to get out of the mind and into the heart where one is able to feel life vs. think life – very powerful healers.

Today September 3rd marks the one year anniversary of my Beloved Mother Nancy’s transition back into her light body.  At times it is hard to realize and accept that I will never again see her in the physical body that I had grown attached to since I was a child.  I can feel her presence in an energetic way, but it is not the same of being able to look into her eyes, give her a hug or a kiss on the forehead.

A friend of mine saw her psychically standing (or floating) behind me often, praying with a rosary to help me on my journey, which I am so grateful to her for the eternal love and devotion she is sending to me.

Since she has passed, I have come to realize that my purpose for so many years had come to a close of looking after her, which brought a sense of emptiness and confusion.  During my life of taking care of her on and off since childhood, I saw it as a suffocation of not having the freedom to be truly on my own.  But with her gone, I realized I had enjoyed helping her reclaim the innocence of child that she lost when her father passed away.

Dear Mom,

Even though you were not able to truly be there for me when I was a child most of the time, I would never want anyone else to have been my mother except you.  My soul chose you as my mother for many reasons that I was never aware of during my childhood and most of my adult life. I do know that it was all perfectly orchestrated and the most important lessons I learned from you are unconditional love, patience, compassion and acceptance.

I remember fondly when I was around 4 our time together walking into church – there was no one else around and the sunlight was shining brightly through the stained glass windows.  You showed me how to baptize myself with holy water.  Not knowing back then how spiritual my soul is, this moment with you is a sacred treasure that I hold dearly within my heart.

Thank you for believing in me even when I had many moments that I did not think I could ever succeed in a complete surrender to God.  You made me so very proud of what you accomplished spiritually in your last year in physical form.  When you died the time before your final passing and said I was meant to help you on your final voyage, that became true and I was so honored to have been able to do this for and with you.  You also said that you would be helping me after you pass with my surrender, which I am very grateful to have you by my side over these next few years.

Mom, I love you eternally and I miss being with you!

I am in love with the spirit of trees. It all started last year during the month of November when I had my first transcendental experience with a tree. Quite a few people in the past would tell me that I needed to ground my energy by connecting with the trees. I tried this, but did not feel anything except for the bark of the tree and my mind was saying something like “I do not know what others are feeling, but I do not feel anything.”

One day I was having a day of over thinking and decided to go to my favorite vortex area called Boynton Canyon. On my way back down from the vortex, I decided to walk up to this one tree that I had seen before. I proceeded to place my hands upon the tree and I started to feel a slight vibration. The longer I stood there, the stronger the vibrations resonating through my whole body. By the way, this tree was on the trail that so many people kept walking by. This kept distracting me as I was self-conscious of what they may be thinking about me doing this. But, I kept up with it and when I placed my forehead on the tree, this powerful wave of energy completely wrapped itself around me. Oh, the joy I felt within me and a smile that I could not contain even though people were watching me.

As I walked away from this beautiful tree spirit, I immediately noticed that my feet had more of a weight to them and I was walking very slowly and felt very calm – seriously, not sure if I had ever felt that way in my whole entire life. I was in amazement that this skinny, medium size tree somehow just helped me to become more centered, balanced and being in the moment.

After this experience, I started to noticed that I could feel the energies of other trees, some more powerful than others. Something had definitely shifted within my brain taking me more into the intuitive feeling side and less in the analytical, logical side. I had been wanting for a long time to no longer primarily live in the linear, thinking world and to experience life beyond the physical world.

I Just read of a study how trees can be healing to humans (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/9344129/Jogging-in-forest-twice-as-good-as-trip-to-gym-for-mental-health.html). People around trees can lower high stress levels, mild depression, insomnia and probably many other struggles that humans go through every day. With my experience of feeling the energy of trees, I can testify that they are very healing even if one cannot feel the living vibrations of the tree.

Not all trees are alike, just as the same runs true with humans. I have walked up to many trees this past year and I can say that with most, I do not feel powerful energies that I feel with other certain trees. I have come across about five trees in Port Townsend, WA that have blown me away with the power that they hold. Some tree spirits have gone right into my heart center and others have helped me to be more grounded.

Without revealing my experiences with trees to a few friends who are psychic, they shared with me that the elementals of earth want to work with me in the healing work I facilitate for myself and others. I can honestly tell you, that if someone had told me that I would feel the energy of trees like I do now, I would have thought they were crazy. The reason why I share this with you, is to let you know that trees can be healing and that there is so much more to life than what our eyes see through the thinking mind.

There was a special woman named Arlen who recently passed. When I shared my experiences with trees, she told me of an experience she had a very long time ago. She was leaving her house to go to work and somehow this huge tree in her yard said “Please save me, they are going to take me away.” Of course, she dismissed this as it was just her mind saying these words to her. When she got home, the tree had been cut down. Arlen was a very sensitive being, but did not trust what she felt. Over 50 years of her life, she did not utilize this experience to connect with trees that could have helped her to be more empowered in the beautiful soul that she was and still is.

May many humans start opening up past their logical minds, so that we can appreciate the invisible world that is around us, bringing forth the love that will heal the old paradigm that is crumbling all around us. So, if you are having a difficult time worrying about the things in your life, give trees a chance to help bring you into your heart.

One 2012 study found that anything from a stroll in the park to a run through woodland can have a positive effect on people suffering from depression and anxiety.
The study also showed that the positive effect on people’s mental health was 50 per cent more than they might expect from going to the gym.
The researchers at Glasgow University looked at natural and non-natural environments for physical activity, including walking, running and cycling, and found that being around trees and grass lowered brain stress levels.
The study, led by Prof Richard Mitchell, polled nearly 2000 physically active people in the 2008 Scottish Health Survey.
Only activities carried out in a natural environment outdoors were found to be associated with a lower risk of poor mental health.

While I was working at a Pottery Shop in Sedona, this lovely couple came in and we had a strong connection with one another.  A year later, they returned and looked me up and invited me to come visit Port Townsend, WA where they live.  At first, I was very resistant due to the weather being not as warm and sunny as I prefer, but  I received inner guidance that I was meant to go.  I became aware before my visit to Port Townsend, that it had multiple vortex energy centers.

Perhaps it would be wise for me to first explain what a vortex is, after all I lived in Sedona for 10 1/2 years and use to take people out on the land for healing.

A vortex is a spiraling of either an upward flow or inward flow of energy; kind of like the funnel shape of a tornado or the spiraling of water down a drain.  Vortices are high energy spots located all over the world and are connected by invisible Ley lines.  Ley lines are similar to latitudinal and longitudinal lines forming a grid around the earth.  Many of the churches, government buildings, Masonic Lodges and spiritual landmarks, like the Pyramids in Egypt and Stonehenge were built based upon where the Ley lines are known to be.  This occurred because certain humans were aware that these areas sometimes are gateways or portals to other realms and dimensions.  These areas hold powerful energies of light that can help create what you want to manifest.

Some who are very left brain – analytical/logical will disagree about the vortices as they are not physically visible, nor can they be measured.  Vortices can be energetically felt if one is more in tune with their intuitive side of their brain.

There is much debate about whether Vortices are masculine and/or feminine energies.  To me, I feel that a vortex is either masculine or feminine and sometimes both.  It makes a lot of sense to me as our bodies are electromagnetic, which breaking this down, ends up being the masculine part of us is Electric and the feminine part of us is Magnetic. If you feel into this, what makes us humans create things into existence, is the masculine energy – an outward flow of energy and the feminine, which is the holder of space, supports the creation to occur – an inward flow of energy.  Human males tend to be more physically active and women tend to be the ones who go within to feel their intuition.  But let me clarify, we are all both the masculine and feminine and there are many women who are very masculine in their actions and many men who are very in touch with their feelings.

When I arrived in Port Townsend I had no idea of where any vortex of energy was.  One day I was walking on Lawrence street and stopped into a shop.  I connected with this lovely young woman when I asked her if she had ever heard about a vortex around town and if she knew where it was.  She said that several people would say that the vortex was uptown where she worked and told me that when she walked to work, she started to feel a state of bliss.  I then asked her if I could sit for a moment in the shop and I immediately started to feel electrical currents of energy coming up through the base of my feet and into my legs – and I felt wonderful.

To feel energy, usually one needs to quiet down the mind and sit or stand still.  Also, one has to shift more out of the logical side of the brain and into the intuitive feeling side.  I am here to tell others that if I can shift out of the thinking and into the feeling more, than it is possible for most to do the same.

So, I left the shop and proceeded up the sidewalk to a flower store where they had a couple of benches outside.  I sat for over an hour and immediately started feeling a huge amount of energy, more than in the previous shop.  During another visit to the same spot, I went into a state of bliss – my whole body was vibrating and I had a huge smile on my face.

I feel the vortex energy in Port Townsend is masculine – an upward force of energy.  It is an energy to create versus sitting in stillness.  With all the water and trees in this area, this feels to be the feminine part that holds space for the masculine part of us to create things – maybe that is why Port Townsend is home to many artists of all kinds.

For some this energy can be too much for them especially if one is rigid in their beliefs and behaviors and not flexible enough to be open to inner change.  One of the shopkeepers told me that a woman who owned a home in uptown Port Townsend, had said that she was selling her house due to the energies being too much for her.  Some will flourish with the energies, while others it will completely close them down.

On the planet at this time, we are receiving huge amounts of photon light coming into our reality to help us awaken our consciousness to higher ways of living.  Just like a vortex energy from Mother Earth, the energy from the heavens is getting to be too much for many people on this planet, which is causing much chaos and destruction.  The old world that many have grown accustomed to over the years is falling apart, polarities between dark and light are becoming more extreme, while a great hidden birth is happening within the consciousness of humanity.  The outer world is only a mirror of the inner world of the humans on this planet.  Everyone and everything is becoming transparent where no one can hide any longer.  The shadow self (ego) is having the light shine brightly on it within all of us, so that all of our wounds and illusions can be healed – making us truly free to live in higher states of consciousness.

Places where there are vortexes of energies can be areas to help us to heal our bodies, minds and souls, along with helping one to create new things.  When one receives a higher frequency of energy, the lower energies will start to dissolve back into its original state of health and balance.  Most disease is a build up of old emotions that were never expressed and released – now is the time to look within and see what yet needs to be healed and forgiven.  Port Townsend, WA is a place to receive healing and to awaken one’s creativity

My heart is feeling the presence of the One Infinite God of All – the intelligence, consciousness, existence who created this individual soul who is writing this now. It is a depth of love and comfort – with the feeling of a physical hand on my chest. More and more I keep letting go of trying to control the experiences of every day human life.

But at the same moment, the mental mind wants to distract me with issues of some physical challenges I am going through at this time. It is that part of me who has worried so many times over the years, which could probably circle the earth a trillion times. This I know is a common thing among many humans, so I do not feel alone in this daunting task, of quieting that part of me who just doesn’t fully trust that we are already one with God.

In reality, maybe not our human reality, there is nothing for us to be worried about as we are all eternal beings of the light, consciousness, love of the Creator. Even if we were to die, which we all eventually do, it is never the end of our existence.

I know as the human “I” moves forward that the life I experience will only get easier with much grace of the Divine Heart of Love. The more I let go of the steering wheel of this human vehicle, I will be able to sit back and enjoy the ride with no more worries. What it all really comes down to is our perception – there are many levels of consciousness and as you keep raising yours, you start to see life as beautiful no matter what is happening in your life.

Surrender is sweet, but the pathway can be bitter at times, due to how our human ego reacts to the circumstances of our lives.

Ego is the separator of everyone. Ego is an energetic structure around every human body. It is the way our luminous light body (soul) can experience physical life – the way God can experience life through us.

What I have come to realize is that our ego is an energetic structure around our physical bodies – it is what makes up our mental and emotional subtle (energetic) bodies – it is a protector of us.

The ego structure allows our souls to experience life in an apparent separate physical body (I say apparent as our physical bodies are around 80% water, so how can they really be physical?) Also, with my experience of seeing everyone in a store that I use to work at, including physical walls, crystals, shelves turn into waves of light – no form, I realized that this is what is real and we are only programmed to see things as physical.

Up to age 2, a baby sees itself as one with the mother and father, including everything else. Then comes the terrible 2’s where the ego structure is turned on and we start to see ourselves as separate human beings. This is when the child starts to get attached to it’s toys and starts to experience ownership – we can see this with many adults who are very rigid in sharing their toys as they do not see themselves as one with others.

Based upon how we were treated as children, our ego structure will either be a fortress of thick walls or an open field with varying degrees in-between.

Making up this ego structure is first the mental subtle body, which contains all the beliefs we learned from our parents and society all around us. Then we have the emotional subtle body, which is closest to the physical body and holds all of the emotional experiences we had in the past. Now, I should mention that our souls do come in with experiences from previous lifetimes and this can affect our present lives too.

Every belief and every emotional experience is really an energetic frequency. And when someone comes into our physical realities with a similar frequency, they trigger a belief in our mental body, which then triggers an emotion. But we do not feel this emotion until it sends a energetic frequency up through our heart into our brains and viola we have an emotional reaction. The brain is a neutral station that can either produce an experience from the ego structure or one from our Higher True Self. The brain has gotten a bad rap from humans including myself. I have read that consciousness lies outside of the brain and never really understood how that could be possible til I had a aha moment of the ego structure being the mental and emotional bodies outside of our physical body.

So, it is only the ego structure that programs us to see each other as separate from one another (this is the illusion that we are all living in) – til we start to awaken and realize that we are all really one infinite intelligence of consciousness, which many will call God, even though there can be many different names, just like our human names.

This is why when you awaken to the truth of who we really are, it is a natural process of feeling the desire to let go of one’s attachments to the physical world as you realize this is not what will give you the freedom that you so deeply desire.

Acceptance of every moment manifests freedom of pain and suffering.  It is our human ego self who wants to control and judge our lives instead of surrendering it to our Higher God Selves.  The reason for this is because the collective consciousness of humanity, which we are all plugged into, has been programmed to believe we have to make things happen on our own vs. allowing and trusting that our Higher Selves know exactly what is best for us.  Also, the only reason why we judge our experiences is because of the duality matrix that we live in – good/bad, black/white, pretty/ugly, rich/poor.  If we raise our energetic frequencies of consciousness out of this duality matrix, then we see through different eyes and no longer judge any experience, ourselves or others, which creates acceptance of every moment – deep peace and bliss.

I personally have walked the path of not trusting God/Source/Creator completely, especially when it comes to having enough money for my every day needs.  When we have beliefs in our sub-conscious mind that we cannot fully trust, then those energetic frequencies will attract similar frequencies of lack of trust and viola we will manifest this in our reality.

Of course it is for us to state what our intentions are both verbally and written as this is very powerful to manifest what we feel in our hearts, but then it is for us to surrender all of this to God our higher selves and trust that what is best for us will manifest without much human effort.  If you look at the example of baking a cake, first you make the decision (intention) to bake a cake and then with action you bring all of the ingredients together and then place the cake in the oven.  If one keeps checking on the cake, the cake will not rise into what your intention was, which was to have a beautiful cake.

Same goes with most of our daily lives, if we keep asking or questioning “is this thing I want going to happen?”, this interference with the Universe of our doubts, worries and anxieties, will keep delaying it til we finally say, I am okay with whatever happens.   An example that comes to mind, is when a couple really wants a baby, they keep trying to have one, but the woman does not get pregnant.  Then they give up and end up adopting a child and down the road she gets pregnant without even trying.  When we take our attention off of what we would like to manifest, that is when it usually will happen.

I have had a long journey of asking many questions of “is this going to happen?”, “when is it going to happen?”, “will I be safe?” and the list goes on – you would think I would of learned to stop asking questions a long time ago since I had an awareness that this will interfere with what I wanted to manifest.  But see, my childhood was pretty turbulent and the little boy within learned at a very early age that you cannot trust others and have to do everything on your own.  So, this created an egoic structure of control, that in order for me to be safe and to create what I wanted, I had to do it for myself vs. surrendering all of it to my higher self.

Since I have been spiritually awake, I wondered from time to time why God did not protect me from being hurt so many times.  With time, I have realized that everything happened for higher reasons than I could of never known as a child.   I may still have a few lingering energies of doubt when it comes to being fully taken care of, especially if I am completely following what my heart is guiding me to do. This causes my human ego self to start that lovely mind chatter of the “What ifs?”  This is what keeps most humans from truly doing what their souls are guiding them to do.

One last example of letting go of dictating what I wanted and having it manifest without trying to make it happen.  First of all, I had recently made a phone call to a collection agency to see if I could negotiate a payoff amount for my student loan debt.  I had many signs that I was going to have a miracle of being able to manifest this and completely saying goodbye to the past.  I also had a few loved ones who were praying a lot for me.  So, when it did not manifest the way that I had expected, I felt that God did not come through for me, which stirred up a lot of that little boy who felt unsupported during my childhood and I just wanted to give up.

See, I have dedicated my life to complete surrender to God and the higher aspects of who I really am, which has not always been easy, as it is about not following mainstream society of having a 9-5 job and believing that if you have money saved that this will keep you safe and taken care of.  Our true security is having the awareness that it is God who gives us all that we require to have a happy fulfilled life and when we truly know this, then there is nothing to fear.

So, the next day I was working at the Pottery shop and felt like it may not be a great sales day as my overall energies were low.  I usually declare that I am going to have a great sales day and then not much happens.  So, without any effort this day and feeling defeated with the collection agency, this day turned into one of my highest sales days ever.  To me, I was being shown that if I let go of control and trust God/Higher Self to do the work, that what I want to happen will happen effortlessly.  Also, that I am abundant being of light and that lack and limitation is only a false belief that most of humanity has been programmed to believe.

I am being moved to stay focused on accepting every moment, day and experience just the way that it is and to trust fully that what is meant to happen will happen on its own without the “me” trying to control the outcome.  God and the Higher Divine aspects of who I really am, know exactly what it wants to manifest through me and it is for my human self to fully trust and leap into the unknown.

What is happening on planet earth?  We have been receiving huge amounts of light for a number of years into this physical reality that we are living in called earth.  Many are unaware that we are receiving huge amounts of light into our physical bodies and minds due to them living through their intellectual sides of their brains.  If one does not take the time to be in silence, one may not be able to feel the light that is coming into them.

From my own experience, if I am distracted, then I do not fully become aware of the light that is flowing into me.  Even if we are distracted or live in our heads, the light is affecting every human being on this planet, including animals and every part of earth.  This influx of light is affecting the collective consciousness of humanity, that is why we are seeing so much change happening on this planet during this period of time.

When you bring light into darkness, everything starts to become transparent within us and within everyone around us – there is no more hiding for anyone.  All of the past beliefs, emotions and experiences many have denied within them are coming up to be healed.  For many who are unaware of these energies of light coming into their realities, they seem to be losing their minds.  Sadly, if they only knew what was happening to them, then they could become more empowered to handle the volcano that is erupting within their consciousness….mainly the ego affect of old experiences.

With these huge amounts of light coming into the collective consciousness of humanity, we will witness the old world being dismantled (transformed into the new), which causes many to fear and act out.  That is why we are seeing souls like Donald Trump (masculine rigidity) being so divisive and extreme with his beliefs and why so many are attracted to him because they are afraid that they are losing the world that they have grown accustomed to.  Then on the other end of the spectrum, we have Pope Francis (feminine heart) who is bringing forth energies of breaking down the walls of separation and no longer seeing each other as the enemy.  With this feminine love of inclusion, Pope Francis is attracting many people to his teachings (channel of the Creator’s Love)  because he is speaking from the heart and not the ego mind.

There is only an enemy outside of ourselves if we believe that someone or something can hurt us. It all depends on what energetic frequency one is sending out from themselves into their lives.  Every thought, belief and emotion has a frequency to it, so we attract what we believe.  The challenge most of humanity has, is that they have no clue that this is the case and have no awareness of the beliefs that they are walking around with all of the time.  Life will become easier for the humans who are awake and aware and harder for the ones who are still asleep.

Us as a collective race have been programmed by family, friends and society to listen to what our minds are telling us vs. what we are feeling in our hearts.  There is a great shift of consciousness happening on this beautiful planet of ours from living thousands of years in the masculine rigidity of control, competition and thinking ones life to the feminine energies of fluidity, flexibility, community and living from one’s heart.

This can be very challenging for many of us, as our ego minds will tell us it is irrational to follow what we feel in our hearts. The ego mind will come up with all excuses possible to not listen to your heart and soul.  Things like, “What will others think of me,” “How will I support myself,” “What happens if I fail,” and the ongoing thoughts of fear continue happening in our heads.

See the ego’s purpose is to keep us safe and has been programmed since we were children.  So, if we experienced trauma while growing up, then the fortitude of the ego will have built walls of steel around us to keep us safe.  If we had overprotective parents, then once again the ego will be programmed to be very cautious of taking chances in life….which probably will lead to a life of living through your mind vs. your heart.

It takes time to soften the ego mind to surrender it’s control over listening to your heart.  The ego can be like an abused animal where you have to slowly prove to it that it will not be hurt again.  In many ways, you need to be a parent to it, letting it know that all is okay and many of times telling it to take a break and be silent.  Some teach to destroy the ego, but in my experience this just causes more resistance than the surrender of it.  The more light of the consciousness of your higher self coming into your physical body will start to relax the control of the ego mind that it has over you.

Nowadays, as the energies of light increase in frequency, it will become harder and harder to live your life from your ego mind vs. what you feel in your heart.  The “should’s,” and “Have to’s,” are outdated energy patterns that are not part of the higher consciousness of living.  Many of your family and friends may judge you for not conforming to the old ways of living, but sometimes you are the wayshower to give others the permission to follow what they feel in their hearts also.

Being the “Fool” sometimes is being the wise one.
