I am in love with the spirit of trees. It all started last year during the month of November when I had my first transcendental experience with a tree. Quite a few people in the past would tell me that I needed to ground my energy by connecting with the trees. I tried this, but did not feel anything except for the bark of the tree and my mind was saying something like “I do not know what others are feeling, but I do not feel anything.”

One day I was having a day of over thinking and decided to go to my favorite vortex area called Boynton Canyon. On my way back down from the vortex, I decided to walk up to this one tree that I had seen before. I proceeded to place my hands upon the tree and I started to feel a slight vibration. The longer I stood there, the stronger the vibrations resonating through my whole body. By the way, this tree was on the trail that so many people kept walking by. This kept distracting me as I was self-conscious of what they may be thinking about me doing this. But, I kept up with it and when I placed my forehead on the tree, this powerful wave of energy completely wrapped itself around me. Oh, the joy I felt within me and a smile that I could not contain even though people were watching me.

As I walked away from this beautiful tree spirit, I immediately noticed that my feet had more of a weight to them and I was walking very slowly and felt very calm – seriously, not sure if I had ever felt that way in my whole entire life. I was in amazement that this skinny, medium size tree somehow just helped me to become more centered, balanced and being in the moment.

After this experience, I started to noticed that I could feel the energies of other trees, some more powerful than others. Something had definitely shifted within my brain taking me more into the intuitive feeling side and less in the analytical, logical side. I had been wanting for a long time to no longer primarily live in the linear, thinking world and to experience life beyond the physical world.

I Just read of a study how trees can be healing to humans (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/9344129/Jogging-in-forest-twice-as-good-as-trip-to-gym-for-mental-health.html). People around trees can lower high stress levels, mild depression, insomnia and probably many other struggles that humans go through every day. With my experience of feeling the energy of trees, I can testify that they are very healing even if one cannot feel the living vibrations of the tree.

Not all trees are alike, just as the same runs true with humans. I have walked up to many trees this past year and I can say that with most, I do not feel powerful energies that I feel with other certain trees. I have come across about five trees in Port Townsend, WA that have blown me away with the power that they hold. Some tree spirits have gone right into my heart center and others have helped me to be more grounded.

Without revealing my experiences with trees to a few friends who are psychic, they shared with me that the elementals of earth want to work with me in the healing work I facilitate for myself and others. I can honestly tell you, that if someone had told me that I would feel the energy of trees like I do now, I would have thought they were crazy. The reason why I share this with you, is to let you know that trees can be healing and that there is so much more to life than what our eyes see through the thinking mind.

There was a special woman named Arlen who recently passed. When I shared my experiences with trees, she told me of an experience she had a very long time ago. She was leaving her house to go to work and somehow this huge tree in her yard said “Please save me, they are going to take me away.” Of course, she dismissed this as it was just her mind saying these words to her. When she got home, the tree had been cut down. Arlen was a very sensitive being, but did not trust what she felt. Over 50 years of her life, she did not utilize this experience to connect with trees that could have helped her to be more empowered in the beautiful soul that she was and still is.

May many humans start opening up past their logical minds, so that we can appreciate the invisible world that is around us, bringing forth the love that will heal the old paradigm that is crumbling all around us. So, if you are having a difficult time worrying about the things in your life, give trees a chance to help bring you into your heart.

One 2012 study found that anything from a stroll in the park to a run through woodland can have a positive effect on people suffering from depression and anxiety.
The study also showed that the positive effect on people’s mental health was 50 per cent more than they might expect from going to the gym.
The researchers at Glasgow University looked at natural and non-natural environments for physical activity, including walking, running and cycling, and found that being around trees and grass lowered brain stress levels.
The study, led by Prof Richard Mitchell, polled nearly 2000 physically active people in the 2008 Scottish Health Survey.
Only activities carried out in a natural environment outdoors were found to be associated with a lower risk of poor mental health.

While I was working at a Pottery Shop in Sedona, this lovely couple came in and we had a strong connection with one another.  A year later, they returned and looked me up and invited me to come visit Port Townsend, WA where they live.  At first, I was very resistant due to the weather being not as warm and sunny as I prefer, but  I received inner guidance that I was meant to go.  I became aware before my visit to Port Townsend, that it had multiple vortex energy centers.

Perhaps it would be wise for me to first explain what a vortex is, after all I lived in Sedona for 10 1/2 years and use to take people out on the land for healing.

A vortex is a spiraling of either an upward flow or inward flow of energy; kind of like the funnel shape of a tornado or the spiraling of water down a drain.  Vortices are high energy spots located all over the world and are connected by invisible Ley lines.  Ley lines are similar to latitudinal and longitudinal lines forming a grid around the earth.  Many of the churches, government buildings, Masonic Lodges and spiritual landmarks, like the Pyramids in Egypt and Stonehenge were built based upon where the Ley lines are known to be.  This occurred because certain humans were aware that these areas sometimes are gateways or portals to other realms and dimensions.  These areas hold powerful energies of light that can help create what you want to manifest.

Some who are very left brain – analytical/logical will disagree about the vortices as they are not physically visible, nor can they be measured.  Vortices can be energetically felt if one is more in tune with their intuitive side of their brain.

There is much debate about whether Vortices are masculine and/or feminine energies.  To me, I feel that a vortex is either masculine or feminine and sometimes both.  It makes a lot of sense to me as our bodies are electromagnetic, which breaking this down, ends up being the masculine part of us is Electric and the feminine part of us is Magnetic. If you feel into this, what makes us humans create things into existence, is the masculine energy – an outward flow of energy and the feminine, which is the holder of space, supports the creation to occur – an inward flow of energy.  Human males tend to be more physically active and women tend to be the ones who go within to feel their intuition.  But let me clarify, we are all both the masculine and feminine and there are many women who are very masculine in their actions and many men who are very in touch with their feelings.

When I arrived in Port Townsend I had no idea of where any vortex of energy was.  One day I was walking on Lawrence street and stopped into a shop.  I connected with this lovely young woman when I asked her if she had ever heard about a vortex around town and if she knew where it was.  She said that several people would say that the vortex was uptown where she worked and told me that when she walked to work, she started to feel a state of bliss.  I then asked her if I could sit for a moment in the shop and I immediately started to feel electrical currents of energy coming up through the base of my feet and into my legs – and I felt wonderful.

To feel energy, usually one needs to quiet down the mind and sit or stand still.  Also, one has to shift more out of the logical side of the brain and into the intuitive feeling side.  I am here to tell others that if I can shift out of the thinking and into the feeling more, than it is possible for most to do the same.

So, I left the shop and proceeded up the sidewalk to a flower store where they had a couple of benches outside.  I sat for over an hour and immediately started feeling a huge amount of energy, more than in the previous shop.  During another visit to the same spot, I went into a state of bliss – my whole body was vibrating and I had a huge smile on my face.

I feel the vortex energy in Port Townsend is masculine – an upward force of energy.  It is an energy to create versus sitting in stillness.  With all the water and trees in this area, this feels to be the feminine part that holds space for the masculine part of us to create things – maybe that is why Port Townsend is home to many artists of all kinds.

For some this energy can be too much for them especially if one is rigid in their beliefs and behaviors and not flexible enough to be open to inner change.  One of the shopkeepers told me that a woman who owned a home in uptown Port Townsend, had said that she was selling her house due to the energies being too much for her.  Some will flourish with the energies, while others it will completely close them down.

On the planet at this time, we are receiving huge amounts of photon light coming into our reality to help us awaken our consciousness to higher ways of living.  Just like a vortex energy from Mother Earth, the energy from the heavens is getting to be too much for many people on this planet, which is causing much chaos and destruction.  The old world that many have grown accustomed to over the years is falling apart, polarities between dark and light are becoming more extreme, while a great hidden birth is happening within the consciousness of humanity.  The outer world is only a mirror of the inner world of the humans on this planet.  Everyone and everything is becoming transparent where no one can hide any longer.  The shadow self (ego) is having the light shine brightly on it within all of us, so that all of our wounds and illusions can be healed – making us truly free to live in higher states of consciousness.

Places where there are vortexes of energies can be areas to help us to heal our bodies, minds and souls, along with helping one to create new things.  When one receives a higher frequency of energy, the lower energies will start to dissolve back into its original state of health and balance.  Most disease is a build up of old emotions that were never expressed and released – now is the time to look within and see what yet needs to be healed and forgiven.  Port Townsend, WA is a place to receive healing and to awaken one’s creativity

What is happening on planet earth?  We have been receiving huge amounts of light for a number of years into this physical reality that we are living in called earth.  Many are unaware that we are receiving huge amounts of light into our physical bodies and minds due to them living through their intellectual sides of their brains.  If one does not take the time to be in silence, one may not be able to feel the light that is coming into them.

From my own experience, if I am distracted, then I do not fully become aware of the light that is flowing into me.  Even if we are distracted or live in our heads, the light is affecting every human being on this planet, including animals and every part of earth.  This influx of light is affecting the collective consciousness of humanity, that is why we are seeing so much change happening on this planet during this period of time.

When you bring light into darkness, everything starts to become transparent within us and within everyone around us – there is no more hiding for anyone.  All of the past beliefs, emotions and experiences many have denied within them are coming up to be healed.  For many who are unaware of these energies of light coming into their realities, they seem to be losing their minds.  Sadly, if they only knew what was happening to them, then they could become more empowered to handle the volcano that is erupting within their consciousness….mainly the ego affect of old experiences.

With these huge amounts of light coming into the collective consciousness of humanity, we will witness the old world being dismantled (transformed into the new), which causes many to fear and act out.  That is why we are seeing souls like Donald Trump (masculine rigidity) being so divisive and extreme with his beliefs and why so many are attracted to him because they are afraid that they are losing the world that they have grown accustomed to.  Then on the other end of the spectrum, we have Pope Francis (feminine heart) who is bringing forth energies of breaking down the walls of separation and no longer seeing each other as the enemy.  With this feminine love of inclusion, Pope Francis is attracting many people to his teachings (channel of the Creator’s Love)  because he is speaking from the heart and not the ego mind.

There is only an enemy outside of ourselves if we believe that someone or something can hurt us. It all depends on what energetic frequency one is sending out from themselves into their lives.  Every thought, belief and emotion has a frequency to it, so we attract what we believe.  The challenge most of humanity has, is that they have no clue that this is the case and have no awareness of the beliefs that they are walking around with all of the time.  Life will become easier for the humans who are awake and aware and harder for the ones who are still asleep.

Us as a collective race have been programmed by family, friends and society to listen to what our minds are telling us vs. what we are feeling in our hearts.  There is a great shift of consciousness happening on this beautiful planet of ours from living thousands of years in the masculine rigidity of control, competition and thinking ones life to the feminine energies of fluidity, flexibility, community and living from one’s heart.

This can be very challenging for many of us, as our ego minds will tell us it is irrational to follow what we feel in our hearts. The ego mind will come up with all excuses possible to not listen to your heart and soul.  Things like, “What will others think of me,” “How will I support myself,” “What happens if I fail,” and the ongoing thoughts of fear continue happening in our heads.

See the ego’s purpose is to keep us safe and has been programmed since we were children.  So, if we experienced trauma while growing up, then the fortitude of the ego will have built walls of steel around us to keep us safe.  If we had overprotective parents, then once again the ego will be programmed to be very cautious of taking chances in life….which probably will lead to a life of living through your mind vs. your heart.

It takes time to soften the ego mind to surrender it’s control over listening to your heart.  The ego can be like an abused animal where you have to slowly prove to it that it will not be hurt again.  In many ways, you need to be a parent to it, letting it know that all is okay and many of times telling it to take a break and be silent.  Some teach to destroy the ego, but in my experience this just causes more resistance than the surrender of it.  The more light of the consciousness of your higher self coming into your physical body will start to relax the control of the ego mind that it has over you.

Nowadays, as the energies of light increase in frequency, it will become harder and harder to live your life from your ego mind vs. what you feel in your heart.  The “should’s,” and “Have to’s,” are outdated energy patterns that are not part of the higher consciousness of living.  Many of your family and friends may judge you for not conforming to the old ways of living, but sometimes you are the wayshower to give others the permission to follow what they feel in their hearts also.

Being the “Fool” sometimes is being the wise one.

Outer life is a projection of the brain. To me personally, I now view life as it is directly coming from one source of creation, which many will call God or Source, Buddah, Allah, Krishna, Brahman and the list goes on…..many individual life-streams of consciousness that is us and the whole world around us.

So go with me on this vision if you so will, seeing this whole world as one big gigantic head of the Creator/God.  Now look at our heads, what’s in them?  Well, it is the magical brain that encompasses two halves….one called the left brain and the other called the right brain.  Please forgive me if I get this incorrect, but I believe the right brain is the analytical and the left brain is the intuitive/creative.

Which you can then labeled them one being the feminine and the other being the masculine.  Most of humanity is probably still operating primarily from one side of the brain than the other and have difficulty seeing others’ point of views and experiences because that part of their brain is not awake per say.  To me this is why people in relationships are attracted usually to the parts of themselves that they have shut off, viola, one operates more from the masculine and the other from the feminine.

Then in all types of relationships, discord manifests because of not being able to experience what another experiences and both feel at times like “why don’t they understand what I am trying to tell them.”  One feels life and the other thinks life.  This can be a physical man feeling from his feminine, intuitive, creative side and a physical woman thinking from her masculine, analytical, discerning side.  Neither is right or wrong, but because of the division of the brains, peoples’ perception is a projection of how they see others and life in general.

So, if you contemplate life, you will noticed that most of everything has two sides or maybe many layers of those sides.  Take for example the duality matrix that we live in, which by the way is called the 3rd dimension.  And this duality matrix has programming of good/bad, right/wrong, black/white, good/evil, pretty/ugly, hot/cold, rich/poor, love/hate, negative/positive, feminine/masculine, democrat/republican, gay/straight, open/close, rigid/flexible and the list goes on.

This is because people are operating from one side of their brain or the other and this is why the outer world is divided in so many ways.  If one operates from the masculine side of the brain, then one usually sees oneself as separate from others and tends to put up fences saying “this is my space and this is yours,” i.e., this country is separate from all other countries…humans operating from this view tends to just look out for themselves and not see themselves in others.

Then there are humans who operate primarily from the feminine side of the brain.  These are individuals who feel what everyone feels and wants to just give and help others…constantly foregoing taking care of themselves .  They do not see themselves as separate and tend to give their power away, but are more so living life through their hearts.  They help to unify people vs. push them away….they are flexible vs. rigid in their beliefs.

Of course, humans are operating from different percentages of both sides of their brains, so the aforementioned is speaking about the extremes.  Then there are humans that are operating from a complete balance of the two halves of their brains and see all life experience as beautiful.  As this soul knows it is all the Creator in different forms and experiences, attempting to know itself….as just being empty space of light can get boring….a little side humor.

But, saying all of that, I need to back track a bit.  The brain is just a brain without consciousness it is nothing….it is like an interpreter of information, where our own individual souls or life-streams of consciousness flow into these physical human bodies (which are really not physical)….so it is the evolution of our soul who is projecting through different percentages of the left or right brain….and more importantly, it is all of the old programming that we received since we were babies.

Most prejudice is a learned behavior that has been passed down from generation to generation, along with who we should be when we become adults and if it is safe to trust others or not.  One either is taught to hate or to love, to fear or to be fearless.  But then again, this may not ring true completely as we are souls with many past lifetimes of experiences and it is very possible that we came into this lifetime with certain beliefs and experiences from previous lifetimes.

There are times when one can have very loving parents and this child will grow up to be completely different than their parents and vice versa….so then did this soul come in with frequencies of old emotions and experiences from a past lifetime?

What is happening on this planet is a pivotal shift of consciousness to a complete balance between the masculine and feminine – where there are no longer extremes, but neutrality, which equals inner peace.  This upcoming year and who knows how long, we may see an escalation of the extremes because it is all coming up from within every human being to be recognize, appreciated, healed and dissolved back into the pure light of the Creator, which is us.

So, if we want to see peace on this planet, everyone needs to cleanse and heal themselves of what is false….taking the attention off of the outer and looking within oneself as when you become balanced, the outer world does too!

We are in the midst of a heavy duty letting go of the masculine rigidity of the old world paradigm. Humanity has lived in the masculine energy of control, ownership, competition and separation for thousands of years. Now, the feminine energy is reawakening within us and in the world, bringing forth acceptance of others’ differences, communities of helping one another (especially the homeless), exclusive groups of race, culture, gender and sexual orientation opening their doors to others, and many following what they feel in their hearts vs. what their intellectual minds are telling them how to live.

I am personally feeling it strongly right now in my own life where I only want to do what I feel in my heart vs. following the old programming of working at a job, just so I can receive a paycheck to survive.  It really takes faith and trust to walk in the new world.

It is the heart energy of the Divine that I chose to BE at all times, but a part of my human ego seems to not want to allow this to occur completely.  When I was sleeping in my car a week ago, a tiny bug came flying in through the window and landed on its back against the dashboard.  Something told me to watch this little bug very closely, as its wings were flapping so fast trying to get back up, but then, I saw it let go of the control and it surrender to death. I intuitively knew that I was being gifted a message to let go completely of control. The next day, so much light (energy) came into me and in a rarity, with my eyes closed, I saw an image of Mother Earth within my heart and then Golden Rays of light with a White Dove flowing into my body. This energy that came into me, created feelings of so much joy, love and peace for hours.

The New Consciousness of the Feminine in balance with the Masculine, will elevate humanities frequency of Consciousness where people will start seeing everyone as special as they see their own families and friends and exclusion will be replaced with community. In Truth, we are all from the same Source of Creation, just like the rays of the Sun are not separate from the Sun or the petals of a flower or the branches and leaves of a tree; every part is equally special and contributes to the whole in its own way.

We are all like our own individual movie projectors. Our physical body and brain is the movie projector and the pure consciousness of the Creator is the light that flows into us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Based upon the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that we hold within our minds and body will decide what we project into our outer lives.  Every thought, belief and emotion has a certain frequency to it – they can be negative, positive or neutral.  Each of us, is constantly sending out frequencies that attract similar frequencies and viola our outer world is the movie that we are projecting from within ourselves.

So, it is very important to always look within, especially when things are not manifesting in our lives the way that we would like them to.  Take for example, one is passed over for a job promotion.  One could be sending out a frequency of low self-worth or it could be that one is thinking they want the promotion, but deep within their heart, they really want to be doing some other kind of occupation altogether.  Also, to become aware of when we are triggered emotionally by others’ behavior, as they are usually mirroring back something to us that we have not fully accepted and loved unconditionally about ourselves.

Human bodies are vehicles that allow our souls to experience life on earth. Our souls are of pure infinite light and love of the Creator of all that there is.  We are individual light-streams of the Creator’s consciousness being projected into physical form…there is no separation between us.  So, the human body is a vehicle that gives us the opportunity to feel physical and separate from everything.

In some ways, the car that we drive is very similar to our human body and mind. We sit in our cars driving somewhere and our Soul sits in the human body walking or running somewhere. In the newer cars, a GPS is like our mind, it can be programmed to whatever directions of where we want to go; and our human mind can be programmed with whatever we want to manifest in our lives.

We take our cars in to be serviced at the mechanics and we take our human bodies to the doctors, dentists, energy healers, acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopaths and gyms, so that they will stay healthy for a very long time. In order for our human bodies to operate properly, we need to drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy foods and with our cars, oil and gas to keep them running smoothly.

Just as some people get attached to their cars, many people are attached to how their bodies look. They identify with their looks, thinking that this is who they really are. The media and society have programmed us to believe that if we do not look a certain way that this dictates our inherent value, which is false.  All of the outer human appearances is an illusion to keep us distracted from discovering who we really are. This is why so many humans feel empty inside as they are too busy living on the surface of life.

Personally, I know both worlds, as when I was younger, I went to the gym often and became very muscular.  An attachment was formed as I started to get a lot of attention from others, which was a false fulfillment and a big distraction from who I really was.

Originally, what prompted me to write about this subject, was one of the most recent suicides of a young girl who felt trapped in a physical male body.  This soul must of felt more like a female than a male and wanted their parents to understand and support them in changing their physical vessel.  But, like many humans in their rigid thinking and beliefs, were unable to allow the love of their hearts to help their child in what they felt was right for them.

In my opinion, maybe these souls coming in nowadays are showing us all that the human body is just a vehicle and is not our true essence. Every one of us know what feels true or not true within our own hearts.

In regards to gender, all of us are both masculine and feminine.  Humans can  be more masculine than feminine and vice a versa, either in a man’s or woman’s body.  It is our soul that is the defining nature of who we really are, not our physical vessel.

Many humans usually feel either more masculine than feminine and vice a versa and tend to be attracted to a partner that has more of what they feel that they do not have within themselves, which is an illusion.  Every human in this earth experience is capable to find a complete balance of the masculine and feminine energies within themselves.

Overall, it is wise to take care of our physical bodies and minds as a sacred vessel; but to remember that it is the soul within us that will bring forth true fulfillment into our lives.
