Everything is coming up to be healed.  Life for many feels like the world is coming apart.  However, from a higher perspective the world that we have grown accustomed to over hundreds of years is coming to an end.  The old cannot continue any longer without heavy consequences to those who are doing harm to themselves or others, either consciously or unconsciously.

Hatred, judgment, racism, wars, corporate greed, printing money when countries are already bankrupt, secretly poisoning of humanity with chemicals in food and water is coming up to the surface to be cleansed and healed. The masses who have been asleep for a long time, blindly believing what they have been programmed to believe, are starting to wake up to what has been happening behind closed doors, done by the very few who have been controlling the masses for a long time.

Our world is a reflection of humanity’s inner states of what we think, feel and how we behave in our own individual worlds.  It is the human ego that lives within all of us which causes the separation that we feel and experience in our lives.  Be prepared as we move forward to become triggered in your every day lives with your own personal issues and fears that are coming up to be healed.

It is about each and every one of us becoming responsible for our own personal thoughts, feelings and actions – to become aware of them and somehow come to terms with them, either through healing work and/or forgiveness of those parts of yourself that keep you in an energetic loop of inner analytical torture from the ego mind.

Personally, I have been very hard on myself for not stepping forward a lot sooner in being a channel for healing others and for not writing when I would receive so many messages to write.  Just recently I started to judge my grammar on this blog and felt a sense of discouragement, not wanting to continue to write.  But something just got ignited in me to write this posting and not care if it is beautifully written or not.  So many do not write because they were taught in school to be critical of how they write by both teachers and parents.

If one does not express what one is feeling inside, then that is when it starts to turn into physical disease.  So many who commit suicide either suddenly or over a long period of time with alcohol, drugs, foods, sex and other addictive behavior, kill themselves because they were afraid to express what they felt inside – the ultimate inner judge.

If most humans became aware that so many feel what they feel, then the inner judge would lose control and compassion would be birthed instead of self-hatred.

One of the reasons why men tend to die earlier than women is because they do not express what they feel.  Men have been taught that it is a weakness to express what they feel inside, which is not true.  It is the opposite, as it takes a lot of courage to express what you feel.  Most are afraid if they express what they feel, those that they love will no longer accept and love them.  Sometimes that will happen, however, if one loves oneself unconditionally, then one will be surrounded by others who love them the same.

So now is the time to step forward in your own personal lives and express what you truly feel inside through whatever constructive way feels good to you.  Smile at that judge within yourself and tell that part of you, that you are no longer playing along with the false beliefs that you are in some way defective, because you are not!  In truth, you are an individual life-stream of the Creator’s consciousness, love, light and are already whole and perfect just the way that you are.

From the higher realms of consciousness, there are really no mistakes in this life we live, only life experiences that lead us back to fully remembering that we are already one with the Creator.

When you are having a challenge in your lives or see the outer world in chaos, remember to be gentle with yourself and others, as compassion and unconditional love will heal yourself and the world.

Ego is the separator of everyone. Ego is an energetic structure around every human body. It is the way our luminous light body (soul) can experience physical life – the way God can experience life through us.

What I have come to realize is that our ego is an energetic structure around our physical bodies – it is what makes up our mental and emotional subtle (energetic) bodies – it is a protector of us.

The ego structure allows our souls to experience life in an apparent separate physical body (I say apparent as our physical bodies are around 80% water, so how can they really be physical?) Also, with my experience of seeing everyone in a store that I use to work at, including physical walls, crystals, shelves turn into waves of light – no form, I realized that this is what is real and we are only programmed to see things as physical.

Up to age 2, a baby sees itself as one with the mother and father, including everything else. Then comes the terrible 2’s where the ego structure is turned on and we start to see ourselves as separate human beings. This is when the child starts to get attached to it’s toys and starts to experience ownership – we can see this with many adults who are very rigid in sharing their toys as they do not see themselves as one with others.

Based upon how we were treated as children, our ego structure will either be a fortress of thick walls or an open field with varying degrees in-between.

Making up this ego structure is first the mental subtle body, which contains all the beliefs we learned from our parents and society all around us. Then we have the emotional subtle body, which is closest to the physical body and holds all of the emotional experiences we had in the past. Now, I should mention that our souls do come in with experiences from previous lifetimes and this can affect our present lives too.

Every belief and every emotional experience is really an energetic frequency. And when someone comes into our physical realities with a similar frequency, they trigger a belief in our mental body, which then triggers an emotion. But we do not feel this emotion until it sends a energetic frequency up through our heart into our brains and viola we have an emotional reaction. The brain is a neutral station that can either produce an experience from the ego structure or one from our Higher True Self. The brain has gotten a bad rap from humans including myself. I have read that consciousness lies outside of the brain and never really understood how that could be possible til I had a aha moment of the ego structure being the mental and emotional bodies outside of our physical body.

So, it is only the ego structure that programs us to see each other as separate from one another (this is the illusion that we are all living in) – til we start to awaken and realize that we are all really one infinite intelligence of consciousness, which many will call God, even though there can be many different names, just like our human names.

This is why when you awaken to the truth of who we really are, it is a natural process of feeling the desire to let go of one’s attachments to the physical world as you realize this is not what will give you the freedom that you so deeply desire.

A belief is subjective to a person’s past experiences of what they were told and what they experienced in their lives. So many people are walking around with beliefs that they are unaware of having or the affect they have on their lives.

We all have energetic bodies around our physical body, which many would call our Aura. One of these subtle bodies is called our mental body which holds every belief we have ever learned or absorbed from the people around us. All of these beliefs have certain frequencies and we are constantly sending these frequencies out, which attract and create our outer realities (lives).

So, is a belief always of absolute truth? I feel that most beliefs are only true based upon one’s own personal experiences. What one may feel is true at this moment, one may have an experience later on that changes that truth into being false. That is why it is beneficial to question what you believe or what others tell you no matter who they are. Your truth barometer is your heart – what you feel in your heart, not what you have learned from a book.

Most challenges one may have, physical, emotional and/or mental – have an underlying belief as the root cause of their pain and suffering. All of this can usually be cleared and healed, if one believes it can be.

As we keep moving forward this year, many will start to question what they believe and this is a gift as it unlocks the door to a higher state of consciousness. The higher one goes in consciousness the lighter one feels within their whole beingness.

What is happening on planet earth?  We have been receiving huge amounts of light for a number of years into this physical reality that we are living in called earth.  Many are unaware that we are receiving huge amounts of light into our physical bodies and minds due to them living through their intellectual sides of their brains.  If one does not take the time to be in silence, one may not be able to feel the light that is coming into them.

From my own experience, if I am distracted, then I do not fully become aware of the light that is flowing into me.  Even if we are distracted or live in our heads, the light is affecting every human being on this planet, including animals and every part of earth.  This influx of light is affecting the collective consciousness of humanity, that is why we are seeing so much change happening on this planet during this period of time.

When you bring light into darkness, everything starts to become transparent within us and within everyone around us – there is no more hiding for anyone.  All of the past beliefs, emotions and experiences many have denied within them are coming up to be healed.  For many who are unaware of these energies of light coming into their realities, they seem to be losing their minds.  Sadly, if they only knew what was happening to them, then they could become more empowered to handle the volcano that is erupting within their consciousness….mainly the ego affect of old experiences.

With these huge amounts of light coming into the collective consciousness of humanity, we will witness the old world being dismantled (transformed into the new), which causes many to fear and act out.  That is why we are seeing souls like Donald Trump (masculine rigidity) being so divisive and extreme with his beliefs and why so many are attracted to him because they are afraid that they are losing the world that they have grown accustomed to.  Then on the other end of the spectrum, we have Pope Francis (feminine heart) who is bringing forth energies of breaking down the walls of separation and no longer seeing each other as the enemy.  With this feminine love of inclusion, Pope Francis is attracting many people to his teachings (channel of the Creator’s Love)  because he is speaking from the heart and not the ego mind.

There is only an enemy outside of ourselves if we believe that someone or something can hurt us. It all depends on what energetic frequency one is sending out from themselves into their lives.  Every thought, belief and emotion has a frequency to it, so we attract what we believe.  The challenge most of humanity has, is that they have no clue that this is the case and have no awareness of the beliefs that they are walking around with all of the time.  Life will become easier for the humans who are awake and aware and harder for the ones who are still asleep.

Outer life is a projection of the brain. To me personally, I now view life as it is directly coming from one source of creation, which many will call God or Source, Buddah, Allah, Krishna, Brahman and the list goes on…..many individual life-streams of consciousness that is us and the whole world around us.

So go with me on this vision if you so will, seeing this whole world as one big gigantic head of the Creator/God.  Now look at our heads, what’s in them?  Well, it is the magical brain that encompasses two halves….one called the left brain and the other called the right brain.  Please forgive me if I get this incorrect, but I believe the right brain is the analytical and the left brain is the intuitive/creative.

Which you can then labeled them one being the feminine and the other being the masculine.  Most of humanity is probably still operating primarily from one side of the brain than the other and have difficulty seeing others’ point of views and experiences because that part of their brain is not awake per say.  To me this is why people in relationships are attracted usually to the parts of themselves that they have shut off, viola, one operates more from the masculine and the other from the feminine.

Then in all types of relationships, discord manifests because of not being able to experience what another experiences and both feel at times like “why don’t they understand what I am trying to tell them.”  One feels life and the other thinks life.  This can be a physical man feeling from his feminine, intuitive, creative side and a physical woman thinking from her masculine, analytical, discerning side.  Neither is right or wrong, but because of the division of the brains, peoples’ perception is a projection of how they see others and life in general.

So, if you contemplate life, you will noticed that most of everything has two sides or maybe many layers of those sides.  Take for example the duality matrix that we live in, which by the way is called the 3rd dimension.  And this duality matrix has programming of good/bad, right/wrong, black/white, good/evil, pretty/ugly, hot/cold, rich/poor, love/hate, negative/positive, feminine/masculine, democrat/republican, gay/straight, open/close, rigid/flexible and the list goes on.

This is because people are operating from one side of their brain or the other and this is why the outer world is divided in so many ways.  If one operates from the masculine side of the brain, then one usually sees oneself as separate from others and tends to put up fences saying “this is my space and this is yours,” i.e., this country is separate from all other countries…humans operating from this view tends to just look out for themselves and not see themselves in others.

Then there are humans who operate primarily from the feminine side of the brain.  These are individuals who feel what everyone feels and wants to just give and help others…constantly foregoing taking care of themselves .  They do not see themselves as separate and tend to give their power away, but are more so living life through their hearts.  They help to unify people vs. push them away….they are flexible vs. rigid in their beliefs.

Of course, humans are operating from different percentages of both sides of their brains, so the aforementioned is speaking about the extremes.  Then there are humans that are operating from a complete balance of the two halves of their brains and see all life experience as beautiful.  As this soul knows it is all the Creator in different forms and experiences, attempting to know itself….as just being empty space of light can get boring….a little side humor.

But, saying all of that, I need to back track a bit.  The brain is just a brain without consciousness it is nothing….it is like an interpreter of information, where our own individual souls or life-streams of consciousness flow into these physical human bodies (which are really not physical)….so it is the evolution of our soul who is projecting through different percentages of the left or right brain….and more importantly, it is all of the old programming that we received since we were babies.

Most prejudice is a learned behavior that has been passed down from generation to generation, along with who we should be when we become adults and if it is safe to trust others or not.  One either is taught to hate or to love, to fear or to be fearless.  But then again, this may not ring true completely as we are souls with many past lifetimes of experiences and it is very possible that we came into this lifetime with certain beliefs and experiences from previous lifetimes.

There are times when one can have very loving parents and this child will grow up to be completely different than their parents and vice versa….so then did this soul come in with frequencies of old emotions and experiences from a past lifetime?

What is happening on this planet is a pivotal shift of consciousness to a complete balance between the masculine and feminine – where there are no longer extremes, but neutrality, which equals inner peace.  This upcoming year and who knows how long, we may see an escalation of the extremes because it is all coming up from within every human being to be recognize, appreciated, healed and dissolved back into the pure light of the Creator, which is us.

So, if we want to see peace on this planet, everyone needs to cleanse and heal themselves of what is false….taking the attention off of the outer and looking within oneself as when you become balanced, the outer world does too!
